PRODUCTION TIMES: Please allow "up to" 3 Business Days to Design & Enter Your Custom Made to Order Sign into Production. Once designed & Programmed, Your Sign is Precisely Cut with Our Top of the Line Laser. We then make sure the metal is properly cleaned & cut before heading out to be Powder Coated. We take Pride in our Work to ensure you are receiving a Product you can be Proud to hang on your wall. Please be patient. Your Custom Made to Order Product typically are shipped 7 Business days after the order enters the production stages.
DELIVERY TIMES: All items shipped with UPS.
PREVIEWS/MOCK-UPS: Are Not Available without a Purchase. Once your Sign is Designed, you will receive an Order Update with Mock Up.
NOTE: Please double check Your Spelling. We are Not Responsible for Spelling Errors or Incorrect Punctuation. Once Your order goes into Production we Can Not Edit the Text, Stop the Process or Offer a Refund.
Processing Time & Other Important Info.
Starting November 1, 2023. We will be replacing All Left Chest Logos with Our Big Rig Threads Logo ( Scroll Down to View ). On Front Prints Only, We'll add Our Logo to the Left Sleeve. We are in the Process of Changing Out the Product Images to Reflect the Change.

Shipping/Processing Time: Please allow "up to" 7-12 Business Days to Produce Your Made to Order Product & Receive Your Tracking Email. Shipping Time is between 3-5 Business Days via USPS. You'll receive a Pre-Shipment letting you know your order is in production.
We need Time to Produce/Process each order because:
- We are a Small American Business. We're not Amazon, Wal-Mart or any other Big Multi-Bazillion Dollar E-Commerce Company.
- We are Only 1.5 people. The .5 being my 74 year old Mom who prints our Order Forms & Shipping Labels
- All Products are Made to Order.

Note 1: Once an order Enters the Production Stages we can not offer a Refund or Stop the Process since All Products are Made to Order.
Note 2: We No Longer Produce Embroidered Products in House. If you Order and Embroidered Hat, Jacket or Shirt, It will be shipped separately within the time frame described in the description
Designs & Artwork: Big Rig Threads reserves the right to Alter or Change the Design without Notice, if we feel it will the change will produce a Better Product in the end. This typically applies to Vinyl Decals, Apparel, Printed & Embroidered Hats.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a Pre-Shipment/Tracking Number, letting you know your order is in production and will be shipping out via USPS within the time frame promised. Make sure to check your social/promotional/other folders.
How do Returns/Exchanges work?
All Products are Made to Order. If your product arrives damaged we'll happily replace your product. If you order the wrong size, that doesn't qualify as a returnable or exchangable reason.
Do you offer Discount Codes?
Yes, we do occasionally have specials where we will offer discount codes. To receive these specials, please join my newsletter.

We are not Responsible for how You care for your apparel products. As in, washing and drying. Snags or Tears You that may happen during wear/working. Snapback hat snaps that get worn out over time.
We are responsible for accepting your order. Producing your order within the time frame promised in the description. Shipping your order with tracking, so we can both see progress. Once your product is scanned delivered we are no longer responsible.
